The LSM 510 is an inverted scanning confocal instrument based on a Zeiss Axiovert 200M microscope. Outfitted with an AOTF (Acousto Optic Tunable Filter) and a powerful Argon laser, it is a platform of choice for FRET, FRAP and laser-based uncaging experiments.
